Situated in Ugac Sur we are close to SM Mall in Downtown Tuguegarao City.
We offer cheap accommodation  in a quiet residential area. We accept both male and female tenants and can take bedspacers from P900/month and have some more private rooms too.

Our rooms are basic.
You supply the fan and the foam.
The rent includes Water. Electricity and Free  Wi-Fi.
Share Toilet (CR) & Bathroom (Shower)
Hand clothes washing area and indoor and outdoor drying areas provided.
Drinking water and food can be bought  from the staff
Cooked meals can be bought at a cheap rate or you may use the upstairs kitchen.

There is a Curfew in the city from 10  pm to 5 am everyday. So we lock the door from 10 pm to 6 am.

House Rules

  1. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the building. Persons who wish to smoke must stand outside.

  2. Recreational drugs are prohibited. Users will be reported to Police.

  3. Rooms must be kept clean and tidy at all times and management may inspect them from time to time.

  4. Food and drink may be taken into or consumed

  5. in the rooms. Crockery and cutlery once cleaned should be stored in the room or the lockers provided as should rice and other foods. The kitchen area should be cleaned down after each use and the bin emptied daily. Waste food should be put in the Pig Swill bucket provided. No waste food should be put into the sink or the toilet at any time.

  6. Only tenants may enter or sleep in rooms. Guests are not permitted in the rooms. They may be entertained in the public areas, but the tenant is responsible for their guests’ behaviour whilst in the house.

  7. Tenants should take care of their neighbours by keeping noise down especially at night.

  8. The door of the house will be locked at 11pm and not opened until 6 am unless by prior arrangement with the management. Persons arriving after 11 pm will have to make arrangements to sleep somewhere else.

  9. A limited number of keys are provided should tenants return home from work during the curfew but is intended only to let themselves in. Abuse of this facility will result in withdrawal of this service.

  10. Food is provided in our kitchen by our staff, at an extra charge, should you wish to avail yourself of this facility. All foodstuffs are the property of Corino House Staff and are for their use only.

  11. Drinking water may be brought in by the tenant at their own risk. Ice may be purchased from the staff.

  12. All rents must be paid on the due date or before.  Failure to pay on time will result in eviction.

  13. The use of electrical cooking equipment is prohibited due to the cost of electricity, except by prior arrangement and on payment of P100 extra per month

  14. A limited number of gas cooking equipment may be used in the area provided the tenant being responsible for their upkeep, cleanliness and supply of suitable bottled gas. Tenants may club together to provide this service. The management will not be responsible for this in any way.

  15. Tenants on a room contract may have a limited number of friends stay overnight once a month but only on prior arrangement with the management. Tenants will be responsible for their conduct and any damages howsoever caused, and must reside in the room for the whole time they are there.

  16. Tenants on a bed spacer contract are not permitted to have guests stay overnight/ If pre=arranged with management and room is available parents may be allowed to stay on very rare occasions but a fee of P100 per person per night will be required to cover extra water, electricity and security payable in advance.

  17. One key to the front door and one to the room is issued to the rental payer. Duplicates may be made by tenants for their own convenience but become the property of Corino House and must be surrendered at the end of the tenancy. Lost keys may be purchased for P100 from the management.

  18. If tenants take a holiday all personal items should be removed unless the rent is paid for the full period of absence. At the end of a tenancy all personal items should be removed. Items left will be disposed of appropriately, without any recompense to the tenant.

  19. Chairs and some tables are provided for the safety and comfort of ALL tenants , their guests, the guests of the management and prospective tenants. They are not provided as clothes horses in rooms. Chairs are for sitting on. They may NOT be removed from the house under any circumstances. Local businesses can provide their own chairs for their customers’ use.

 

 

 

 

 

Payment of rent assumes acceptance of these rules.

Rent is due calendar monthly.
